Average price: 12,000-18,000 MAD/m² in premium areas (Anfa, Gauthier, Maarif). In more modest neighbourhoods: 5,000-9,000 MAD/m². Casablanca leads the market thanks to its concentration of business and industry.
2. Marrakech — Luxury and tourism
Average price: 10,000-25,000 MAD/m² in Gueliz and Hivernage. In the Medina, small riads can be found from 8,000 MAD/m². The Palmeraie reaches far higher prices for luxury villas.
3. Tangier — Steadily rising
Average price: 8,000-14,000 MAD/m² in the centre and residential areas. Interest from European investors and port development projects keep prices climbing.
4. Rabat — Institutional stability
