1. General Information

This document establishes the Terms and Conditions for the use of the dunamaroc.com platform, owned by MARBTC-TECH RO S.R.L., with CUI 49489784, registered at Oficiul Registrului Comerțului Constanța, J13/308/2024, with registered office at Municipiul Constanta, Prelungirea SG. Nicolae Grindeanu, Nr. 1, Cam. 5, Spatiul Nr 124, Etaj P, Judetul Constanta, Rumanía.

By registering and using the platform, you fully accept these terms.

2. Service Description

dunamaroc.com is a real estate portal that allows owners and agencies to publish property listings in Morocco, and buyers and tenants to find properties and contact advertisers directly.

The platform acts solely as a technical intermediary. It does not participate in negotiations, purchase or lease contracts, nor does it charge commissions on transactions between users.

3. Registration and User Accounts

To publish listings, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide truthful information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity from your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

4. Plans and Pricing

Subscription plans are described on the pricing page. Prices are shown in MAD (Moroccan Dirhams). Payment is processed through our payment processor.

During the launch period, free or promotional plans may be offered. These benefits are revocable and subject to change.

5. Advertiser Responsibilities

As an advertiser, you agree to:

- Publish truthful and up-to-date information about properties.

- Not post false, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.

- Not include contact details from other platforms in listings.

- Respond diligently to inquiries from interested parties.

- Comply with applicable real estate and data protection regulations.

6. Buyer or Tenant Responsibilities

By contacting through the platform, you agree to:

- Use the information received solely for property purchase or rental purposes.

- Not use contact data for advertising or unsolicited commercial prospecting.

- Act in good faith in communications with advertisers.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, brand, logo, and all original content of the platform are owned by MARBTC-TECH RO S.R.L. or used under license. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

Advertisers retain rights to the images and descriptions they post, granting the platform a license to display them on the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not liable for:

- The accuracy of information published by advertisers.

- Negotiations, agreements, or contracts between users.

- Damages arising from the use of the platform.

- Continuous service availability (although we make reasonable efforts to maintain it).

9. Suspension and Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Constanța, Romania, without prejudice to consumer rights established by law.
